Product Support  Error Message run-rime error 367 when you click a toolbar icon The information in this article applies to: MARS 16bit rating applications for Windows Customized 16bit rating applications built by Middlewest Symptoms When you click on a toolbar icon such as the Profile Editor, or select the same option from the menu, you receive the following error message: "Run-time error 367. Can't load or register custom control tabctl16.ocx." It may display a different file name depending on the action you selected. Cause This error can occur when the specified file is not found on your computer. Resolution All files needed to run the rating application are provided on the distribution software. Be sure all applications have been shut down.  Restart the computer in DOS mode by selecting Start, Shut Down, Restart in MS-DOS mode. You will then be at the DOS command line. Change to your Windows system folder by using the DOS command: CD\windows\system (Press Enter) Rename the ole2nls.dll file using the DOS rename command: REN ole2nls.dll ole2nls.old (Press Enter) Note: If you have previously renamed the ole2nls file as ole2nls.old, choose a different file name such as ole2nls.001, etc.  You can check to see if the file has been previously renamed by using the DOS Directory command: Dir ole2nls* (Press Enter) Type exit to restart your computer.  You should then be able to install the rating application.
